titchy-phoneui-base

titchy-phoneui-base provides basic, non-GUI functions for the phone user interface, including call and SMS logging, caller ID lookup, and ringtones.

Configuration

The configuration file for titchy-phoneui-base is /etc/default/titchy-phoneui-base. Edit this file to configure the ringtone filename and volume, personalised ringtones, and more.

/etc/titchy-phone-daemon/phonebook.vcf is a vCard-format file used to look up caller ID.

/etc/titchy-phone-daemon/ringtone.mp3 is an MP3-format file used for the default ringtone. The included file is RCP-WHEEL from http://rcptones.com and is distributed under these terms.

Call and SMS logs

Calls are logged to /var/log/calls/*

Incoming SMS messages are logged to /var/mail/sms
